Welcome to the University System of Georgia's (USG) Service Desk, the single point of contact for support and service requests.
The USG Service Desk provides a single point of contact, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive service requests and to log, track, and resolve support requests. A complete list of products and services currently supported through USG are available in our Service Level Guidelines.
Submit Support Requests
Submit a new or view an existing support request. This could be an issue or a question about ITS current products and services, or it could be a request to propose new, enhanced or changed functionality for any of the service areas supported by ITS. Self-service support or service requests require a user ID and password; email support@usg.edu for more information and assistance.
